Ping Ping is the Founder of Lead With EQ, an ICF Certified Executive Coach and Six Seconds Certified EQ Practitioner and Assessor.
With 10 years in corporate banking and another decade as a business owner, she brings practical leadership experience into every coaching conversation.
Her work centers on emotional intelligence, helping leaders build self-awareness, strengthen empathy, communicate with clarity, and lead with meaningful influence.
She supports senior executives, emerging leaders, and entrepreneurs navigating growth, uncertainty, and organizational challenges.

She has provided strategic comms counsel to C-suites and business teams across multinational, public, and private organisations, including Nokia, Motorola Solutions, Schneider Electric, Great Eastern, and A*STAR. Her work reflects a strong understanding of the emotional and relational dynamics within complex, high-performance environments.
A WSQ-certified facilitator and associate lecturer with the Singapore University of Social Sciences, Annette delivers programmes in communications for professional effectiveness. She has trained executives in graduate talent programmes of OCBC Bank and Jardine Matheson Group.
Aligned with Lead With EQ’s mission, Annette integrates emotional intelligence into her facilitation and coaching. She is a certified Six Seconds EQ Practitioner, a LUMA Human-Centred Design Practitioner, and has served as a team coach and mentor for young Catholic business leaders.
